Rebecca says: “There are lots of lovely local food you can add to your pancakes as toppings–from local honey (we love Honeys of Henley), jams (try Twee and Violet’s Orchard for awesome flavours made with locally grown fruit) and cream (delicious golden Guernsey cream from Laceys’ farm is the best) and yogurt (nothing beats Tim’s Dairy, produced in Bucks). And, of course, more chocolate – Rumseys and Yvette’s Chocolates are both local and delicious”
